Get in Touch →Pre-application consultation (PAC) is a statutory requirement in Wales for certain types of development. It gives communities and interested parties the opportunity to view and comment on proposals before a formal planning application is submitted to the Local Planning Authority.
At this stage, representations should be made directly to Boardman Planning Ltd. as the agent. Once the formal application is submitted, it will be registered with the relevant Local Planning Authority and further opportunities to comment will be available through that process.
